Where your certificates live
Every certificate you generate lands in eBRC Reports. Each one is listed with its eBRC number and date, your IEC, the bill or shipping-bill and invoice reference, the realised value with its currency, GST detail where applicable, a status, its utilisation, and the date it was realised. It is your complete certificate ledger in one screen.
Download the PDF
Open any certificate to view it in the app, then download it as a PDF. That PDF is the artefact you attach to a claim, hand to a consultant, or keep on file for an audit. There is no request queue and no waiting; the certificate is already yours.
Copy the eBRC number
Bank and DGFT portals often ask you to paste an eBRC number rather than upload a file. Each certificate lets you copy its number in one click, so you move it into another portal without retyping and without a transposed digit.
Export the whole ledger to Excel
When an auditor asks for everything, the answer should be one file. Export the full set of certificates to Excel, with their realised values, statuses, and utilisation, rather than reconstructing the picture certificate by certificate.
