Every export purpose code, and what it tells your bank.

The purpose code arrives with the money: your bank attaches it when it reports an inward remittance, stating the RBI classification the payment falls under. It is one of the two small fields that can stall an eBRC, so each code here has its own page with the official description.

Service receipts, documented as ranges

RBI groups many service-receipt codes into families, and the source annexure documents these as ranges. This directory carries them as ranges rather than inventing a page per code it cannot verify.
